Culbertson Resources Inc. seeks an experienced Civil Structural Engineer to lead structural design for power, utility, substation, and infrastructure projects.

The role includes technical leadership across the full lifecycle, from planning to construction, with teamwork across engineering and client teams. The ideal candidate has 12+ years of experience, a PE license within a year, and strong familiarity with ASCE/AISC/ACI/NESC/IEEE standards, AutoCAD or MicroStation, and common structural

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from ABET-accredited program.
• PE license or ability to obtain within 1 year.
• 12+ years of structural design experience, with substation/utility projects.
• Strong knowledge of ASCE 7, AISC, ACI 318, NESC, and IEEE standards.
• Experience with AutoCAD or MicroStation and structural analysis software.

Responsabilités

• Lead structural activities for substation and utility infrastructure projects.
• Perform advanced analyses and design evaluations.
• Develop standards, templates, and QA/QC procedures.
• Mentor engineers and coordinate with PMs, construction, and clients.
• Support planning, budgeting, and field investigations.
