Job summary

Colliers Engineering & Design in Miami, FL is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead civil/site land development projects and drive growth of our practice. You will manage projects from planning to delivery, build strong client relationships, and mentor engineers to enhance performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of civil/site land development experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Knowledge of local land use processes and regulations.
• Proficiency in civil site design including stormwater, hydraulics and grading.
• Proficient AutoCAD skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from planning through delivery and budgeting.
• Lead project teams and coordinate with clients, staff and regulators.
• Mentor engineers and support business development.
• Ensure quality control and profitability targets for projects.
• Coordinate proposals and marketing support.
