Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 8+ years of site design experience.
• PE license.
• Knowledge of local city, county and state land use processes and regulations.
• Proficiency in stormwater management, hydraulics, hydrological analyses, grading and other site development related designs.
• Proficient knowledge of AutoCAD/Civil 3D.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil/site land development projects from planning and design through completion, ensuring projects meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
• Manage project teams, workloads, deliverables, schedules, and budgets to drive successful project execution.
• Monitor project financial performance, including labor hours, costs, profitability, billing, and productivity.
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing project updates and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and budget, including coordinating and securing approval for additional services.
• Oversee QA/QC and technical reviews to ensure accurate, high-quality project deliverables.
• Lead project meetings and coordinate with engineers, designers, technical staff, and department leadership.
• Support proposal development, business development, and client relationship management to help generate new and repeat business.
• Identify project challenges early and coordinate resources to develop effective technical and operational solutions.
• Mentor and develop Project Managers, engineers, designers, and junior staff in project delivery and business practices.
• Support team performance through workload planning, feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure projects and teams follow company health, safety, quality, and operating standards.
