Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 8+ years of Land Development Design experience.
• Experience in Residential, Commercial & Industrial construction.
• PE License is required.
• Knowledge of local land use regulations and permitting processes.
• Proficiency in stormwater management, hydraulics, hydrological analyses, grading and site development.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD/Civil 3D.
• Construction oversight experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead land development design projects and manage multiple workloads with competing deadlines.
• Ensure high quality, thorough design work and regulatory permitting compliance.
• Prepare proposals, scope definitions and project budgets.
• Manage project scheduling and client communications to meet expectations.
• Oversee financial aspects including invoicing and accounts receivable.
