Qualifications

• Minimum of 11 years of professional experience, including 8 years of project management experience required.
• Demonstrated success expanding client bases, winning pursuits, and driving revenue growth.
• Strong experience managing client relationships and complex, multi-project workloads.

• Lead and deliver land development projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality.
• Prepare and oversee proposals, project plans, and closeout documentation.
