Job summary

Olsson is seeking a Project Engineer in Fayetteville, AR to lead land development projects from conception to completion. You will prepare planning and design documents, perform design calculations and cost estimates, and coordinate with Olsson teams and clients, traveling to sites as needed.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering degree, 6+ years of experience, proficiency in Civil 3D, and a PE license; you may manage small projects and mentor staff within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 6+ years of related civil engineering experience.
• Proficient in Civil 3D software.
• Registered professional engineer.

Responsibilities

• Prepares planning and design documents in appropriate engineering discipline.
• Performs design calculations, prepares cost estimates, and analyzes alternatives.
• Assists with project scope, schedule, budget, and progress reports.
• Coordinates projects with Olsson teams and clients; may lead design tasks.
• May serve as project manager on small projects.
