Olsson is seeking a Project Manager in Missouri to lead multidisciplinary site design and development projects from scope through delivery. You will coordinate internal resources, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure quality outputs across teams while maintaining strong client relationships.

With 8+ years of experience and a PE license, you will guide complex projects, mentor staff, and contribute to Olsson’s culture of growth and community impact in the Springfield area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• 8+ years of experience in site design and development.
• PE licensure is required.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops project scopes, schedules, and budgets and tracks progress to manage financial success.
• Manages complex contract negotiations and leads project teams.
• Ensures quality execution and that project deliverables meet contracts and specs.
• Maintains client relationships and pursues future work.
