LDC, Inc. in Washington, DC is seeking a Senior Civil Project Manager to lead land development projects from concept through construction, while fostering client relationships and team performance.

You will oversee planning, execution, and delivery of large residential, commercial, public, and utility infrastructure projects, manage budgets and schedules, mentor staff, and coordinate with principals to drive growth and ensure quality.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of civil engineering project management experience.
• Private-sector land development project experience required.
• Washington State PE license required.
• Multi-state licensure preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and oversee engineering staff.
• Manage client relationships and pursue business development opportunities.
• Develop schedules, budgets, and resource plans for projects.
• Review calculations, reports, and construction documents for quality.
• Mentor project managers and ensure adherence to standards.
• Coordinate with surveys, permitting, and other disciplines.
