The role requires 3+ years in civil estimating, proficiency with Bid-To-Win, HeavyBid, AutoCAD, AGTEK and Excel, and strong communication.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience as an estimator in civil construction.
• Proven track record estimating a range of civil projects (excavation, sitework, utilities).
• Proficiency with Bid-To-Win, HeavyBid, AutoCAD, AGTEK and Excel preferred.

Aufgaben

• Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare detailed cost estimates.
• Orchestrate the estimating & bid processes for civil projects.
• Identify labor, materials, and time requirements by studying proposals and plans.
• Solicit and analyze subcontractor and supplier quotes.
• Prepare bid packages and present final estimates to senior management.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits when necessary.
• Provide value engineering recommendations.
• Maintain historical cost data and develop estimating templates and tools.
