The role covers cofferdams, pile driving, dredging support, and coordination with owners and subcontractors, with a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience leading marine/heavy civil construction projects.
• Knowledge of safety plans and regulations.
• Experience coordinating with owners and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversees field staff, craftworkers, and subcontractors.
• Prepares work schedules and assignments.
• Communicates and enforces safety procedures.
• Leads foremen in general contracting work including foundations and marine-related tasks.
• Coordinates hiring and moving of personnel and equipment within the project.
• Ensures compliance with safety plans and project specifications.
