Labor Foreman will supervise field crews, coordinate daily operations, and support multiple trades on heavy civil construction. Overtime is available; union membership is required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of construction Foreman experience.
• Ability to safely operate hand tools and small construction equipment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
