Typical schedule is Monday through Friday, about 40 hours per week with overtime.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of heavy civil carpentry Foreman/Crew Leader experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to safe work practices and outdoor work in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews constructing complex concrete formwork systems.
• Plan daily work tasks and coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Mentor apprentices and journeyman carpenters.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with USACE requirements.
