gpac is seeking an experienced Professional Engineer (PE) to join our Land Development team as Project Manager. You will lead land development projects from concept to completion, coordinate cross-disciplinary teams, manage budgets and schedules, and serve as the main client liaison, delivering high-quality results.

Ideal candidate holds a NC PE license, ABET-accredited Civil Engineering degree, and 7+ years of progressive project engineering experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from ABET-accredited program.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience as project engineer or intern.
• Valid North Carolina PE license required.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with multiple perspectives and promote learning within the team.
• Excellent time management and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage land development projects from concept through completion.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Serve as primary client contact and maintain relationships.
• Prepare and review proposals, contracts, and project scopes.
• Coordinate across civil, surveying, planning, and environmental disciplines.
• Mentor junior engineers and technical staff.
• Ensure quality control and regulatory compliance.
• Support business development and identify new opportunities.
