Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
• Strong estimating experience in heavy civil projects.
• Ability to lead a team and manage bids under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Attend pre-bid meetings and pre-bid jobsite visits.
• Manage multiple bids within tight deadlines.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for quotes.
• Prepare complete estimates from drawings and specs.
• Identify risks and clarify with owner/engineer.
• Utilize Excel, Bluebeam, On-screen, and Agtek for takeoffs.
• Ensure labor, material, and equipment are accurately entered.
