Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from ABET-accredited program.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive engineering experience.
• Proficiency with applicable engineering design and analysis software.
• Effective written and verbal communication; ability to lead and mentor.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and preparation of land development plans for land development projects.
• Develop grading, drainage, utility, and roadway layouts to meet client objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate permitting and agency approvals related to site development projects.
• Evaluate site constraints and design alternatives to support constructible solutions.
• Lead and produce complete engineering designs, including plans, specifications, reports, calculations, and estimates.
• Coordinate technical work with project managers, internal disciplines, subconsultants, and external stakeholders.
• Review and oversee work prepared by engineers, EITs, designers, and technicians.
• Prepare and review technical reports, studies, and documentation using standard engineering tools.
