Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive engineering experience leading complex infrastructure projects.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in good standing.
• Strong leadership, mentoring and multidisciplinary team management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and agencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead design process for complex engineering projects across all phases.
• Provide advanced technical leadership, mentorship, and on-the-job training to elevate engineers, designers, and staff.
• Review design approaches, calculations, reports to ensure quality and standards.
• Coordinate with project managers to support scope development, schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Represent the firm in meetings with clients, agencies, and stakeholders.
