Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering is required.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive engineering leadership in complex infra projects.
• Strong communication and client engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design process across all project phases for complex projects.
• Provide advanced technical leadership, mentorship, and training.
• Review design approaches, calculations, reports, and compliance with standards.
• Coordinate with project managers on scope, schedules, and budgets.
• Review proposals, budgets, and client agreements for technical alignment.
• Develop and implement internal design standards and best practices.
• Represent the firm in client meetings and professional associations.
