Responsibilities

• Provide leadership on a fast-paced electronics hardware design team through requirements, development and production.
• Coordinate among functional groups during the product development lifecycle.
• Communicate technical status to program and technical leadership and to customers.
• Manage personnel and recruit/train a portion of the FBM Tactical Avionics team.
• Oversee performance assessments, assignments, salary and disciplinary actions.
• Participate in technical reviews and audits.
