Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Circuit Design Engineer to join the FBM D5LE2 Avionics/TMK2 team. You will design and integrate hardware for Flight Avionics, mentor junior designers, and support certification and cross‑functional integration in a mission‑driven environment.

Responsibilities include schematic capture, worst‑case analysis, stress analysis, and addressing test anomalies. US citizenship and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited college or a related discipline or equivalent experience/combined education.
• Experience with circuit design, troubleshooting and / or circuit analysis.
• Ability and desire to obtain a Secret clearance which requires US Citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Design/Capture electrical schematics and guide the board layouts.
• Perform electrical Worst Case Analysis and Electrical Parts Stress Analysis.
• Mentor other junior circuit designers.
• Serve as delegate Certified Principal Engineer (CPE).
• Work on a cross-functional team in the development and integration of world class avionics systems.
• Resolve test anomalies and troubleshooting, and generation, review and presentation of Product Certification, and also support system level testing.
