Job summary

Lockheed Martin Space in Littleton, CO seeks an Avionics Circuit Design Engineer to develop and integrate a state-of-the-art avionics product within a world-class Integrated Product Development environment.

You'll design electrical schematics, collaborate across teams, and prepare test procedures to ensure flight readiness, with a focus on Worst Case and Parts Stress analyses. Requires 3+ years and DoD Secret clearance eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or higher in Electrical Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with digital or analog circuit design.
• Experience with electronics analysis (Worst Case, Part Stress, FMEA).
• Active DoD Secret clearance required or ability to obtain and maintain one.

Responsibilities

• Design and capture electrical schematics and guide board layouts.
• Collaborate with PCB, guidance/navigation/control, FPGA, and test equipment teams to build and checkout hardware.
• Prepare checkout and test procedures to bring hardware to Acceptance and Qualification, ensuring flight readiness.
• Perform Worst Case Analysis and Electrical Parts Stress Analysis.
• Work on a cross-functional team to develop and integrate avionics systems.
