Job summary

Elliott Group is seeking a Continuous Improvement Leader to drive cross-functional improvement initiatives across our Houston facility. You will empower teams, standardize best practices, and deliver measurable gains in on-time delivery, productivity, quality, cost, and safety.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years delivering CI outcomes, strong facilitation and data storytelling skills, and a Lean/Six Sigma certification is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field.
• 5+ years of proven success delivering CI and process excellence results.
• Lean or Six Sigma certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives and value stream mapping across manufacturing and service environments.
• Apply Lean/Six Sigma methods to optimize performance and sustainment.
• Coach and mentor teams in collaborative problem-solving and continuous learning.
• Influence stakeholders from shop floor to executive leadership to align initiatives with business strategy.
