Job summary

Ebara Elliott Energy seeks a Continuous Improvement Leader to drive cross-functional, end-to-end improvement initiatives across the facility. You will empower teams, standardize best practices, and deliver measurable gains in on-time delivery, productivity, quality, cost, and safety.

Advanced Lean and Six Sigma experience is essential. You will mentor junior CI practitioners and collaborate with stakeholders from shop floor to senior leadership to sustain long-term improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field (advanced Lean/Six Sigma training is a strong plus).
• 5+ years of proven success delivering CI and process excellence results, including change management and cross-functional project leadership.
• Lean or Six Sigma certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives and value stream mapping across manufacturing and service environments.
• Apply advanced Lean and Six Sigma methods to optimize performance, establish control plans, and sustain gains.
• Coach and mentor teams in collaborative problem-solving and foster continuous learning.
• Influence stakeholders from shop floor to executives and align initiatives with business strategies.
