Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or related science.
- At least 3 years of related experience.
- Ability to scale up manufacturing processes.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead process engineering in your area and set strategy.
- Monitor safety and quality, ensuring on-time delivery.
- Evaluate, scale up, and test manufacturing technologies.
- Identify opportunities for process and productivity improvements.
- Document experiments and procedures with clear reports.
- Train personnel on new procedures and safety requirements.
- Stay current through seminars and continuing education.
- Maintain compliance with EH&S guidelines and material handling.
