Qualifications

• CDA or higher education is required.
• Passion for early childhood education and helping children grow.
• Ability to mentor and support fellow teachers.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor assistant teachers to build a strong teaching team.
• Develop relationships with parents and provide daily communication.
