Learning Care Group is seeking a Lead Teacher to guide classroom learning for preschool children and support families within our centers. You will develop engaging activities and mentor fellow teachers to maintain high standards of care and education.

You will lead curriculum implementation, ensure licensing compliance, and foster a positive, inclusive classroom culture that promotes curiosity and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
• Care for the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation; ensure licensing guidelines and standards.
