Job summary

The Learning Grove Academy of Avon is seeking an energetic Lead Teacher to guide toddlers and support families. You will lead daily learning, mentor assistants, and collaborate with parents to foster a safe, nurturing learning environment.

This role requires a CDA or higher, Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–6:00 pm. Compensation ranges from $16 to $18 per hour, based on experience and education. We offer growth opportunities, on-the-job training, and a collaborative team.
