Job summary

Learning Care Group in Indiana is seeking a Lead Teacher to guide preschoolers, develop engaging lessons, and mentor fellow teachers in a warm, supportive environment that values families. You will foster curiosity, creativity, and safety while nurturing each child’s growth.

You will manage daily activities, ensure licensing standards are met, and maintain strong communication with families to support the center’s success and learners’ progress.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Build relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote child achievement and center success.
