Learning Care in Indiana is seeking a Lead Teacher to develop engaging learning experiences and mentor fellow teachers. You will promote growth in preschoolers and lead classroom management, while ensuring licensing guidelines are met and curriculum is implemented effectively.

You will build strong relationships with families to support child achievement and center success, working within a supportive team and a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Must meet state education requirements and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
• Promote social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, and ensure licensing guidelines and company standards are followed.
• Build relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support child achievement and center success.
