Job summary

Obsolete Site is seeking an experienced team leader for Child and Youth Services, guiding staff to provide high-quality developmental care for ages 6 weeks to 18 years. The role focuses on implementing developmentally appropriate curricula and supervising daily activities with safety at the forefront.

Responsibilities include planning age-appropriate lessons, instructing staff, and ensuring adherence to health, hygiene, and safety standards across classroom and outdoor settings.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must communicate effectively in English, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead program staff to provide developmentally appropriate care and instruction.
• Implement activities that promote social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth.
• Instruct team members with written instructions, materials, and supplies.
• Develop age-appropriate lesson plans and schedules based on observed needs.
• Ensure health and safety standards in all daily activities and diapering, sanitizing, food service, and safe sleep.
