Army NAF at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin seeks a Child and Youth Services supervisor to lead program staff and ensure high-quality developmental care for children aged 6 weeks to 18 years. You will oversee instruction, provide written guidance, and plan age-appropriate activities based on observed needs.

Responsibilities include enforcing health and safety standards, coordinating immunizations, and ensuring staff compliance with DoD DoW training.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
• Experience in group programs with children/youth preferred; DoW credentials or CDA/MSA acceptable.

Responsabilités

• Serves as a team leader for developmental care and instruction for children and youth 6 weeks to 18 years in CYS.
• Ensures developmentally appropriate programs promoting social, emotional, physical and cognitive growth.
• Instructs team members with written instructions, reference materials, and supplies.
• Develops and implements age-appropriate lesson plans and activities based on observed needs and interests.
• Ensures health and safety standards in diapering, toileting, hand washing, cleaning, food service, safe sleep and care for ill children and youth.
