Obsolete Site seeks a dedicated supervisor for a Child Development program on Joint Base Lewis-McChord. You will lead a team of direct care professionals and volunteers, ensuring program quality and compliance with standards.

Responsibilities include evaluating classroom and activity areas, implementing corrective actions, and serving as Manager on Duty when needed. Strong communication and training skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Education must relate to child development or a related field.
• Proof of education is required at the time of application.
• Foreign education must be evaluated if used to meet qualification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervises an assigned team of up to twelve ratios children/youth staff and volunteers.
• Reviews program evaluations and implements corrective action plans within timelines.
• May serve as Manager on Duty in absence of the Director/Assistant Director.
• Conducts written observations of staff and evaluates performance.
• Addresses personnel concerns and promotes safety, fitness, health, and nutrition practices.
