Job summary

Centerstone is seeking a Lead Behavior Specialist for the Regional Intervention Program (RIP). This part-time, on-site role supports families and young children with challenging behaviors, coordinating enrollment, and collecting data to monitor progress.

Responsibilities include writing treatment plans, coaching families, and collaborating with schools as needed. Compensation begins at $16.00 per hour, up to $17.67 per hour based on experience, with a strong emphasis on trauma-informed care and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Early Childhood Education, Social Work, Psychology, or other mental health field) required or four years of relevant experience may substitute.
• Experience working with young children and families in behaviorally challenging contexts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead behavior specialist for RIP and support program operation.
• Monitor and document child behavior and family progress; maintain data accuracy.
• Develop and review treatment plans and family objectives; provide coaching to families.
• Attend trainings, meetings, and case staffing; coordinate enrollment through discharge.
• Provide liaison services to childcare or school when requested.
