Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience required.

• Ability to read, understand, and interpret operating procedures and safety requirements.
• Ability to follow safety policies and use safety equipment.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• US Citizenship or Permanent Residency required; sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team to ensure chemical operations run efficiently.
• Ensure safe working practices and maintain 6S and safety standards.
• Meet manufacturing targets and ensure product quality.
• Follow area control plans and standard work.
• Lead training and coaching of operators; supervise on-the-job training.
• Participate in production activities and coordinate with quality/process engineers on procedural changes.
• Lead process improvement projects and root-cause analysis.
• Drive continuous improvement and maintain area visual displays.
• Support cross-training as needed.
