Avir Trilogy is seeking a dedicated Charge Nurse – LVN or RN to lead care teams and ensure high-quality resident care. The role emphasizes administering medications, implementing care plans, and maintaining accurate documentation in a dynamic nursing environment.

The ideal candidate will have RN or LVN licensure in good standing, strong clinical and communication skills, and the ability to respond effectively to emergencies while coordinating daily workflows.

Qualifications

• RN or LVN license in good standing.
• Excellent nursing assessment and documentation skills.
• Strong communication and ability to organize workflows.

Responsabilités

• Direct care teams to ensure appropriate resident care.
• Administer medications as prescribed safely.
• Execute resident care plans per policies and physician orders.
• Deliver treatments to promote resident health and comfort.
• Transcribe physician orders accurately and promptly.
• Document resident care and complete nursing assessments.
• Participate in shift reports for seamless communication.
• Educate support staff on nursing policies and resident needs.
• Maintain safety by following infection control and body mechanics procedures.
• Address staffing needs by arranging replacement staff when required.
