Responsibilities

• Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and the Director of Nursing.
• Support care planning and ensure care plans are followed.
• Promote resident dignity, rights, safety, and confidentiality.
• Respond to clinical, staffing, and emergency situations with professionalism.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, safety standards, infection control, and applicable regulations.
