Job summary

AdventHealth in Denver, Colorado seeks an experienced nurse leader to coordinate patient care across PACU, inpatient units, Radiology, and anesthesia. You will develop and implement individualized care plans, monitor progress, and collaborate with the medical team to ensure safe, efficient care.

The role requires strong supervision, leadership, and project involvement, with a focus on quality and education of staff. A current RN license and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• RN with active licensure and current knowledge of nursing care requirements.
• Strong leadership and supervision capabilities with a focus on quality care.
• Excellent English communication, written and verbal skills.
• Proven ability to identify problems and implement effective solutions.
• Experience participating in or leading projects and committees.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care across departments (PACU, inpatient units, Radiology, anesthesia).
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessments and orders.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, anesthesiologists, and other providers for coordinated care.
• Manage daily schedules and endoscopy unit staffing/equipment.
