Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience working with residents in a senior living environment.
• Supervisory experience in a healthcare or service industry preferred.
• Must hold CNA and Georgia CMA certificates and be in good standing.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Must be 21 years of age with a clean criminal history.
• Must pass a medical exam and a drug screen.
• Ability to react effectively in emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise caregiver staff on duty and ensure quality resident care.
• Follow each resident's service plan and report changes in condition.
• Respond to resident calls and emergencies promptly.
• Assist with meals and maintain dining room cleanliness.
• Maintain infection control standards and safety procedures.
• Document medication administration accurately in MOR.
• Communicate resident needs to directors and collaborate with team.
• Complete CEUs as required and participate in staff training.
