Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience with residents in a senior living environment.
• Requires Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and Georgia CMA certificates.
• Must be in good standing with GA CNA/CMA Registry and able to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise caregiver staff on duty and ensure quality resident care.
• Follow six rights of medication administration and document on MOR.
• Respond to resident calls and emergencies per policy.
• Maintain CPR and First Aid certification and uphold Oaks philosophy.
• Assist with meals and ensure dining area is clean after meals.
