Job summary

Qualifications
- 3 - 5 years of previous related experience required.
- Deep practical knowledge in equipment maintenance and service.
- Ability to supervise and lead a high-performance work team.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and train approximately 5 hourly staff members.
- Manage the 24/7 schedule of CHP operations staff.
- Coordinate and maintain oversight of all plant maintenance activities.
- Ensure plant safety procedures are followed.
- Serve as CHP Operator as part of the weekly schedule.
