Qualifications

• PE preferred or FE working towards PE.

Responsibilities

• Review facility energy usage daily and provide guidance, best practices, and modifications to current operations
• Mentor the owner on energy strategies
• Directly manage Central Energy Plant operation and maintenance, including subcontractors, operators, and internal service providers
• Manage Maintenance Reserve Accounts for the Central Energy Plant
• Work with operators to ensure efficient plant operation
• Provide ongoing training to Plant Operators
• Develop and maintain the Plant Operating Manual
• Assist the EPC team with coordinating engineering, procurement, and construction activities with OMC operations
• Coordinate on-site troubleshooting and diagnostic efforts with the remote support services team
• Manage a single team or multiple teams consisting of one or more Asset Managers
