Ash Grove Cement Company in Louisville, NE is seeking a Process Control Supervisor to oversee the cement manufacturing process from raw materials to finish milling. You will supervise hourly staff, inspect equipment, and coordinate repairs with maintenance.

Candidates should have a High School diploma or GED, prefer a technical degree, and 2+ years in a production supervisory role with kiln/mill knowledge and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Technical degree preferred in production, process control, or similar field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a production supervisor role.
• Experience as a control room operator or process engineer in cement industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and follow all plant safety guidelines.
• Lead and supervise hourly production employees on the plant floor.
• Inspect equipment and process system breakdowns; write work orders.
• Coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance with maintenance personnel.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet production goals.
• Maintain plant production reports and provide status updates.
