Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promote and follow all plant safety guidelines.
• Coordinate mill and kiln operations with maintenance, quality control, shipping, and production personnel.
• Assign and communicate job responsibilities and schedules for shift personnel.
• Supervise and evaluate performance; monitor attendance.
• Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor kiln burning and mill grinding operations; review production data and reports.
• Assist employees with production problems and efficiency improvements.
