Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred; minimum of three years related CATV design experience
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Strong teamwork, leadership and communication skills
• Proficient with Windows, MS Office and CAD tools
• Knowledge of MDU, aerial and underground design procedures
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Supervise Design technicians and coordinate with Design Manager to meet goals
• Prepare and analyze reports on design performance and workload
• Plan and oversee projects including GA/Municipal/Schools and commercial developments
• Ensure timely completion of survey and design tasks and adherence to budgets
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company standards and SLAs
• Mentor staff and conduct performance evaluations with corrective actions as needed
