Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Catering Service Lead to supervise event planning and execution at central and satellite locations, ensuring brand standards and safety. You will coordinate staff, equipment, setup, service, and breakdown, and handle event booking, menu pricing, and vendor relations.

The role also involves assisting with hiring and performance reviews, maintaining sanitation standards, and contributing to training programs for hourly staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years operational experience in a hotel/banquet setting.
• Prior experience with booking of events preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains a safety culture; directly supervises catering operations including staff and equipment coordination.
• Book events, select and price menu items as needed.
• Assist with hiring, discipline, and performance reviews.
• Coordinate activities with internal departments and vendors; represent Aramark at meetings and events.
• Ensure sanitation, organization, and safety standards with checklists and supervision.
• Participate in catering training programs and help develop training for staff.
• Support Aramark OpX Catering initiatives and guidelines.
