Job summary

The role requires at least two years of hotel/banquet operations experience and experience with event bookings; you will lead staff, manage safety, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to deliver flawless events.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years operational experience in a hotel/banquet setting.
• Prior experience with booking of events preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises catering operations including staff coordination, setup, service and breakdown.
• Manages event bookings, menu costing and pricing as needed.
• Assists with hiring, discipline and performance reviews.
• Coordinates with internal departments and vendors; interfaces with client organization.
• Represents Aramark at meetings and events.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards using checklists and supervision.
• Participates in catering training and program development.
• Supports implementation of Aramark OpX Catering initiatives.
