Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in food services or catering.
• Ability to adhere to safety and ServSafe-related guidelines.
• Flexibility with schedule and duties; valid certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional communication with customers and staff while following department policies.
• Coordinate catering orders and logistics for high-volume events and ensure successful execution.
• Assess equipment, product, and staffing needs; manage signage, time, and resources.
• Uphold safety standards and PCI/compliance when handling payments and inventory.
• Master Catertrax and related software for client communication and operations.
