Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience in metal melting operations
• Hands-on knowledge of casting, furnace operations, smelting and heat treating processes

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of 6–10 operators within a casting operation
• Oversee all aspects of the casting production process to ensure efficiency and quality
• Manage the receiving and inspection of incoming goods and materials
• Handle minimal purchasing duties to support operational needs
