Qualifications

• Experience addressing guests concerns and questions promptly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store goals related to retail and service sales, loyalty, and shrink.
• Provide exceptional guest service and engage each guest, personalizing service and product recommendations.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges.
• Coordinate makeup applications, skincare analysis, and demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to deliver personalized guest experiences while meeting sales goals.
• Maintain cashwrap displays and keep areas organized and presentable.
• Maintain regular attendance and reliability.
