Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, omni-channel, guest loyalty and credit.
• Ensure exceptional guest service and a welcoming environment, personalizing service and recommending Ulta Beauty products.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at the cashwrap.
• Lead cashwrap operations including open/close functions and associate coaching as needed.
• Train new cashiers and cross-train associates in cashiering, and maintain cashwrap displays.
