You will hire and train cashiers, handle scheduling, and uphold safety and cash handling standards. Must be 18+, HS diploma, 1–2 years cashiering with leadership training; strong communication; ability to multi-task.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old with a HS diploma or GED and 1–2 years of cashier experience.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Outgoing, friendly personality and excellent customer interaction.
• Proficient with front-end equipment: register, calculator, scanner.
• Strong numerical ability and attention to detail for cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of cashiers and assist with store operations.
• Ensure excellent customer service by guiding Cashiers and Courtesy Clerks.
• Assist customers with register issues and questions.
• Schedule sweeps, monitor supplies, and maintain restroom and parking lot cleanliness.
• Monitor exit doors for security and loss prevention.
• Hire and train new Cashiers and manage disciplinary steps.
• Lead in a fast-paced environment.
